My stay at Explore Hotel was great! The location was convenient and easy to find. The kitchen had all the essentials like a microwave and water boiler. The fridge was big enough to store all my food and it kept everything fresh. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hostel is located in a nice Mexican neighbourhood just a ten minute bus ride from Manhattan. The common area is comfortable and provides facilities such as TV, games consoles, table tennis and football. The locals are friendly, making you feel welcome in a very Hispanic area.

Noise can be a problem at the hostel, as outside noise and street traffic can be heard even at night.

The cleanliness of the hostel was subpar, and it seemed like the sheets were not always changed between guests. the showers were also inconvenient, as they lacked a separate area for just showering without washing your hair.
